White Supremacy—Not Just for White People

Nick Fuentes, Enrique Tarrio, and the Texas mall shooter are part of a disturbing trend of non-whites being radicalized by a violent, right-wing ideology.

White supremacy groups and neo-Nazis are trying to broaden their appeal and that often means recruiting non-whites to support their extremist views. In 2017, the neo-Nazi website The Daily Stormer started a Spanish language version. White supremacy is often rooted in personal insecurity, and non-whites are sometimes attracted to the hate of white supremacist movements to feel some kind of power and exert dominance over other groups such as immigrants, Jews, and women.

Republicans Embrace Political Violence

Since Trump was first elected in 2016, violent threats against members of Congress have increased more than 10 times.

Trump's Republican Party has fully embraced a biblical culture war that is mainstreaming hate speech used by Christian nationalists and white supremacists who believe that armed confrontation with the U.S. government is inevitable. A majority of Republicans now support violence to stop the decline of the “traditional American way of life,” and “declaring the US a Christian nation”.

GOP Attacks FBI to Protect Trump

Jim Jordan's Republican House Weaponization committee shamefully embraces right wing conspiracy theories on live TV.

To shield Donald Trump from criminal prosecution for attempting to overturn American democracy, the GOP Weaponization committee heard testimony from disgraced FBI agents that have embraced right wing domestic terrorists and deep state conspiracy theories. The January 6 Investigation is the largest in U.S. history with over a 1,000 people charged and members of right wing militias convicted of seditious conspiracy by three separate juries. Despite this, a significant number of Republicans still voted to object to the results of the 2020 elections after the Insurrection that day.

CNN Hosts a MAGA Rally

CNN allowed Trump to pack a primetime town hall with his right-wing supporters who cheered his most hateful, racist, bigoted lies and conspiracy theories.

After years of Trump bashing journalists as "fake news" and "enemies of the people," CNN decided to host a primetime Trump town hall that was a blatant attempt to attract right-wing viewers leaving Fox News. It was a highly disturbing 70-minutes of Trump airing his personal grievances, hateful lies, and right wing conspiracy theories popular with his base of white supremacists, Christian nationalists, and QAnon supporters.

Republican primary voters and the GOP leadership are still supporting Trump despite a jury concluding that Trump is liable for sexual abuse.

Trump once famously claimed that he could "shoot somebody," and "not lose any voters." Trump is still the hands down front runner to win the Republican nomination, even after 26 women have publicly accused Trump of sexual misconduct and a jury found that he sexually assaulted E. Jean Caroll. The response from Kevin McCarthy and the Republican leadership proves that power and Party loyalty is more important than holding their own members accountable for unethical or criminal behavior.

GOP Politics Inspires Mass Murder

In less than 24 hours, 16 people were murdered in Texas by domestic terrorists inspired by the same extreme right-wing, anti-immigrant hate embraced by white supremacists and Trump's Republican Party.

Donald Trump holding his campaign kickoff at Waco Texas was symbolic to white supremacists who have long embraced acts of domestic terrorism and insurrection, including the 1992 Waco Texas standoff and the 1995 bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building that killed a total of 250 people. Today's GOP is spreading the same right-wing, anti-immigrant hate that is inspiring the next generation of mass murders.

Right-wing billionaires and mega donors have spent millions to buy the Supreme Court, including undisclosed gifts to current Justices and their families.

The GOP's politicization and recently discovered undisclosed gifts to Supreme Court Justices has devastated the public's trust of what was once the most respected branch of government. On December 12, 2000 the United States Supreme Court blocked the recount of the 2000 Florida presidential election - handing the election to George Bush who lost the popular vote. Then in 2013 the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and later decisions have opened the floodgates for voter suppression, corporate money in campaigns, Gerrymandering, and the dismissal of the rights of millions of Americans.

Trump's Army Convicted of Sedition

Four Proud Boys were found guilty of seditious conspiracy as part of the violent attack on January 6 to keep Donald Trump in power.

This is the third separate trial where jurors conclude that the January 6 Insurrection was an organized conspiracy to overturn our democracy. During the 2020 campaign, Trump famously told the Proud Boys to "stand back and stand by" during a nationally televised debate with Joe Biden. Then after Trump lost the election, he tweeted “Big protest in D.C. on January 6th” and “Be there, will be wild!” During their trial, the Proud Boys blamed Trump who told his supporters to “fight like hell” and then sent them to march on the Capitol.

The only thing more shocking than Tucker Carlson's recently revealed text messages are the racist lies and conspiracy theories promoted on Fox News every day.

The executives at Fox want us to believe that Tucker Carlson was fired for sending hateful text messages that were only recently discovered. That is clearly a lie. The Not So Reluctant Witness

It took Mike Pence less than 24 hours to appear before the grand jury investigating Trump's criminal efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

Mike Pence needs Trump's base to run for President, so the former vice-president has made a big show of resisting efforts to testify against his former boss. But after Trump lost an appeal to block his grand jury testimony, Mike Pence was testifying under oath the very next morning. Although we don't know what Pence revealed to the grand jury, the former vice-president did publish a book saying, "And his reckless words endangered my family and everyone at the Capitol that day, and I know history will hold Donald Trump accountable."

In acts of extraordinary individual courage, these women are publicly speaking out against the hateful, violent misogyny that defines Trump's GOP.

E. Jean Carroll who is suing Donald Trump said in court, “I’m here because Donald Trump raped me, and when I wrote about it, he said it didn’t happen.” Amanda Zurawski accused Senator Cruz and Cornyn of supporting a Texas abortion ban, “I nearly died on their watch… as a result of what happened to me, I may have been robbed of the opportunity to have children in the future.” Abbey Grossberg is suing Fox News, said Tucker Carlson and his producer Justin Wells, “were responsible for breaking me and making my life a living hell.” And Rep. There are some things money can't buy, but not having to issue a public apology for lying about the 2020 election will cost Fox News $787.5 million.

In an 11th hour settlement with Dominion Voting Systems, Fox News agreed to pay $787.5 million in damages to avoid the humiliation of having their election lies exposed in a public trial. Fox avoided a public apology this time, but still faces a $2.7 billion defamation lawsuit from Smartmatic that has vowed to expose the “misconduct and damage caused by Fox’s disinformation campaign.”

The two black state legislators from the Tennessee Three have been reinstated despite being expelled by their colleagues for standing with a youth-led protest for gun reform—days after another deadly school shooting.

Republican politicians have been out of touch with the values of the average American these days, the reinstatement of the two Justins is just another example of this. The public's backlash exemplified the success and power of student activism against the GOP's antidemocratic racist extremism.

A Public Political Lynching

Tennessee Republicans expelled two black state lawmakers of the Tennessee Three for supporting student protesters calling for gun reform.

The Tennessee Three are state lawmakers who joined student protesters fighting for gun reform. Rep. Justin Pearson and Justin Jones, the two black members of the Tennessee Three were expelled from the state legislature by GOP lawmakers, while one of their colleagues, a white woman, was spared—but only just. In a state where race is often a proxy for partisan affiliation, this development has especially dire implications for Black officials. Jones rightfully stated, "What we saw yesterday was a public lynching, let’s be real, and it was meant to set an example... But we did not bow down. And that’s what I think has them really upset, is that we didn’t break. We didn’t bow down. They want us to feel broken, but we left with our fists up in the air, because we knew that this was not the end, that they may expel us, but they can’t expel our movements. And that’s what terrifies them... And we see clearly, the nation has seen clearly what is going on in Tennessee.”

Trump Arrested on 34 Felony Charges

Trump “repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal criminal conduct that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election."

Trump has been charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records as part of a hush money scheme to silence claims that Trump had extramarital affairs with pornstar Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDougal. Manhattan DA Bragg said that Trump “lied again and again”, and that “the trail of money and lies exposes a pattern that, the People allege, violates one of New York’s basic and fundamental business laws.”

A Manhattan grand jury has indicted Donald Trump, making him the first U.S. President to face criminal prosecution.

District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his team were investigating crimes associated with hush money payments made by Trump's former fixer Michael Cohen to porn star Stormy Daniels. Cohen went to jail for tax evasion and campaign-finance violations. In 2019, Cohen testified before congress that he "pled guilty in federal court to felonies for the benefit of, at the direction of, and in coordination with ‘Individual 1. And for the record: ‘Individual 1’ is Donald J. Trump.”

Fox News Chairman Rupert Murdoch called Trump’s election lies false and a “huge disservice to the country.”

Just two weeks after the Jan. 6 Insurrection, Rupert Murdoch emailed Fox News Media Chief Suzanne Scott that, “Trump insisting on the election being stolen and convincing 25% of Americans was a huge disservice to the country. Pretty much a crime." But Fox News execs and hosts decided to lie for ratings and ordered that disputing Trump’s false claims of election fraud “has to stop” because it is “bad for business.”

It seems that almost everyone connected to Donald Trump is fighting attempts to tell the truth in court - and losing.

Multiple court rulings are rejecting attempts by Fox News, Mike Pence, and Trump's inner circle to avoid testifying under oath. The Courts have also rejected Trump's claims of executive privilege to block the testimony of Mike Pence and others in Trump's inner circle. Tucker Carlson continues to lie about the January 6 Insurrection to his Fox News audience, despite text messages that reveal his disdain for Trump and the Big Lie of election fraud.

The Dominion defamation lawsuit has exposed the hypocrisy of Fox News host Tucker Carlson who publicly continues to lie about the Jan. 6 Insurrection while privately calling the plot to steal the election as “shockingly reckless” and “absurd”. Even Republican Senators are calling Carlson’s lies “very dangerous” and that January 6 “was not peaceful, it was an abomination.” Privately, Carlson has repeatedly expressed his disdain for the former President saying, “I hate him passionately.” Carlson even said that Trump is the “undisputed world champion” at “destroying things” and called Trump “a demonic force, a destroyer.”
