Trump's "Criminal Conspiracy"

The January 6 Committee presented evidence of Trump's "criminal conspiracy" to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

Attorneys for the House detail in a court filing their evidence of how Trump and his inner circle "engaged in criminal and/or fraudulent acts" including spreading false information about the 2020 election, illegally pressuring state officials, and "pressuring the Vice President to violate his duty to count the electoral certificates presented from certain States."

Jan. 6 panel sees evidence of Trump 'criminal conspiracy', Washington Post | 3/2/2022

The House panel said on Wednesday, for the first time, that its evidence suggests crimes may have been committed by former President Donald Trump and his associates in the failed effort to overturn the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
