For the Trump family it's all about the Benjamins, but with the government following the money, Donald Trump will now have to testify under oath about potential financial fraud at the Trump Org.

Tax evasion and financial fraud may be Donald Trump's undoing. For decades Trump has avoided paying little or no income taxes and at the same time using "fraudulent and misleading asset valuations" to secure bank loans. Now a New York state judge has ordered Donald Trump and his two oldest children to testify under oath, although they are likely to invoke their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, just like Eric Trump did 500 times back on October 5, 2020.
