Tax evasion and financial fraud may be Donald Trump's undoing. For decades Trump has avoided paying little or no income taxes and at the same time using "fraudulent and misleading asset valuations" to secure bank loans. Now a New York state judge has ordered Donald Trump and his two oldest children to testify under oath, although they are likely to invoke their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, just like Eric Trump did 500 times back on October 5, 2020.

A judge has ruled that former President Trump and two of his children, Ivanka and Donald Jr., must testify in the civil suit filed by the New York attorney general. Lawyers for the Trumps have hoped to block the subpoenas. NBC's Tom Winter has details.
